BeLIN was born from solid hinoki and sugi wood. With a composition of 70% hinoki and 30% sugi—the same ratio as the trees growing in Maniwa—the panels themselves embody the essence of Maniwa’s forests.What kind of future can we create with this timber? It is about expanding the possibilities of carefully cultivated and expertly milled wood. It is also about envisioning the future of Maniwa, the town of trees.BeLIN is a versatile material that allows wooden spaces to be freely shaped by connecting panels together. It not only enhances lifestyles but also helps sustain beautiful forests. BeLINは、ヒノキとスギの無垢材から生まれました。ヒノキ７：スギ３、真庭に生育する木々と同じ比率でできているパネルは、岡山県真庭市の森林そのもの。この木材で、どんな未来を描くことができるか。それは、丁寧に育てられ製材された木の可能性をひろげることであり、木のまち真庭のこれからを考えることでもあります。BeLINは、パネルをつなぎ合わせ、木の空間を自在に生み出すことができる木材です。ライフスタイルを拡張させると共に、美しい森林を持続させていく。そこには、森林、木材の仕事、木がそばにある暮らしを、もっと結びつけていきたいという願いが込められています。どこにいても、パネルの隙間から木漏れ日が降りそそぐ。これまで森林と繋がりのなかった場所へも、木のぬくもりを届けることができる。BeLINは、丁寧に作られた木材を通して、もっとたくさんの人に喜びを届けられる可能性があることを問いかけてくれます。BeLINが、真庭の森林からあたらしいアイデアが生まれる、これからのよりよい材料となりますように。
